VAT:

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

RETURNS:

At Crazybuttonsvintage we are happy to accept returns. Please check your item upon delivery and If your item is damaged or faulty in any way please get returned immediately with the driver to avoid any time being wasted or further courier costs. If this window has been missed please contact us within 5 days and we will organise our driver to collect your item and a full refund will be issued.

If you changed your mind or do not wish to keep the item then we will refund less delivery/collection charges plus £30 admin fee.

If you place an order and change your mind before delivery then full refund minus our £30 admin fee will be returned.

DEPOSITS:

We happily take a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure any item. The balance must be paid in full within 14 days, storage costs are liable after this point. If the balance is not paid in full within 28 days we will re-sell the item.

COLLECTIONS:

If you wish to collect your item we can hold your item for up to 14 days. After this point there is a surcharge of £2 per day per item. We require 48 hours notice prior to arrange collection.

SAFETY:

Fire Labels: All our items are of Vintage age or older so please bear in mind fire labels may not have been issued. We take no responsibility. It is your place to check for potential hazards and risks.

Electronic items: Although we may advertise with the item in working order we suggest you have items PAT tested to ensure they are safe for use.

We offer no guarantee or take any liability with regards to either of these situations and suggest you do your own research for insurance purposes.

We advertise our items on various platforms as well as this website so on occasion something may sell elsewhere and if we haven't had time to update our catalogue we would have to issue a refund.

Upon purchasing an item from us at CrazyButtonsVintage you are agreeing to a legal contract of paying for the item you have committed to buy. On purchase of one of our items you will automatically be added to our monthly Crazybuttonsvintage news letter to keep you up to date with new stock.
