  • DELIVERY
     
    We deliver ourselves where possible to ensure that your item reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery is £70 but excludes Cornwall, Scotland, Wales and Islands, please enquire for price for these areas. If you live inside a ULEZ, CAZ or CC Zone the charge will be on top of delivery and is paid directly to the driver upon delivery. Delivery is a one man non express ethical service and will not increase its carbon footprint to get the item to you quicker. You may need to provide assistance if the item is large, heavy or access is a problem eg steps . We are happy to deliver to a ground floor room of your choice. The driver will be in touch two days in advance to let you know a day and two hour time slot. A degree of flexibility is required by the customer if necessary as traffic delays do occur. We have no say in the delivery times and days available and as such is the couriers responsibility to make all arrangements. Delivery is not usually before seven days and please allow up to 21 days for delivery at busy times. We will only make contact once payment has been received and delivery address confirmed with a contact phone number. Please make sure that the item will fit into your home, if it does not you will still be charged for delivery, return and admin a total of £180. If you make your own courier arrangements we will not be liable for any damages etc. Please note we do not have a physical shop but viewing can be made of specific items with prior arrangement.. If you are within 100 miles of IP19 or in a highly populated area delivery is likely to be quicker. 
     
    COLLECTION
     
    If you wish to collect your item we will hold for 14 days, after that a charge of £2 a day per item will incur to cover storage costs. 
    We require 48hrs notice prior to collection.
     
    DEPOSITS
     
    We do accept deposits, these are non-refundable. The balance must be paid in full within 14 days or we will add storage charges. If the balance is not paid within 28 days then we have the right to re sell the item.
  • RETURNS 
     
    At Crazybuttonsvintage we are happy to accept returns. If your item is damage or faulty in any way please get in touch within 24hrs of delivery and we will organise for item to be collected and a full refund will be issued. If you change your mind or do not like the item then we will refund less delivery, collection and admin charges.
